A Son Never Forgets: A Son Never Forgets and Beyond Sports have partnered to ensure that School Resource Officers (SRO) at Middle and High Schools in Greensboro (13 schools) have access to essential resources to help them succeed. From sports to supplies supporting the whole student. Our goal is to ensure that every mind, every body, and every young person, is active, healthy and ready to succeed. Playbook For Progress: Ellis, JT and Laurel started volunteering with Beyond Sports in 2022. When these NCA&T student athletes approached us for guidance and collaboration to start Playbook for Progress we were both honored and inspired! Their mission of providing minority youth with access to organized sports fostering their faith, personal growth, academic success, and community engagement.
