Micheala Amidon Co-Founder
I’ve worked around sports my whole life. I’ve seen the benefits it brings to adolescents that transcends sports. The community and friendships it brings, the challenges that athletes learn to tackle and the confidence it instills. As a former athlete, coach and parent I am passionate about sharing my love of all sports with kids. To be a mentor and educator and to share your love of a sport with kids is the greatest responsibility to watch that passion grow and drive them is the greatest reward. Micheala and Peter have 3 children Anna, Kylie and Rayne and 2 dogs Frosty and Waffles.

Mike Kennedy Co-Founder
Nelson Mandela once stated that “Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does. It speaks to youth in a language they understand.” As a lifelong participant and coach, I have seen first hand the power of sports and the impact it can have. My passion is to provide opportunities for all children, through sports, to grow, learn and dream. Mike and Susie have two adult children, Katelyn who is married to Meyer's and have a son Harvey and Mikey who is married to Zoey and a dog Bud.

Nicole Cirillo Community Engagement Director
With sports being ingrained into who I am, it has led me down paths I never imagined. The life-skills that are learned are endless and my passion is to teach those skills through sport and play. Each sport, drill and game is never as simple as the rules. Problem solving, adversity and resiliency, are just a few skills learned through sport that have shaped me and that I enjoy passing on. Having an impact in a child's life is an honor and is something that has always been a highlight for me at every level of coaching that I have done and is what drives me. Nicole and her husband Kiley have three boys, Kale, Daxton and Beck. Hobbies include coaching volleyball, being outside as much as possible, and driving/attending all of her kids sporting events.

Esther Mallard Program Director
Sports have been one of the greatest gifts in my life. The sport environment has not only provided consistent and stable spaces for me, but it has brought coaches that have taught me skills that have led me through life. Being able to play, compete, and be a part of a team, also led me to build lifelong friendships and connect with opportunities I would not have otherwise had. Now, being a part of the school day from the other side and sharing in spaces with our educators through the platform of play is a great honor. The power of education and sport in the lives of our students is remarkable, and I count it a great privilege to be a part of their day. Esther is also a fan of the arts, finding new music and throwing pottery are two of her favorite hobbies.
